We specialize in Martial Arts and Fitness training. Offering traditional martial arts like Tae Kwon Do, American Kenpo Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, and Kummooyeh (Korean weapons) along with Fitness Kickboxing, Krav Maga, Zumba, Boot Camp training, and Yoga.

Through our Action Academy, we also have a powerful kids camp program offering after-school and summer camps focusing on mental and physical fitness. Here children 4 and up learn responsibility, respect, discipline and other important skills to help them succeed in life. We also, include anti-bullying, self-defense and competition training to help develop a sense of self-worth and confidence.
