About Ballard Jiu Jitsu

At Ballard Jiu-Jitsu, it is our core belief that jiu-jitsu can benefit everyone! We provide a clean, safe, fun and supportive environment for all of our students and bring dedicated, professional coaching to every experience level--from hobbyist beginners all the way to serious competitors. We strive to help anyone who trains with us to find their own success. Our experienced leadership team is excited about sharing our passion for Brazilian jiu-jitsu with adults and children alike. We love jiu-jitsu and believe you will too.

  • Friday: 4:30–8 PM
  • Monday: 6–8 PM
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM–2 PM
