Dragon Fire Martial Arts Located on Maine Street in South Portland. We offer classes in: KARATE - KICKBOXING - JIU JITSU - MMA The ancient Chinese believed that dragons would use their fire to protect the treasures of their caves. We feel our students are the treasure of our school, thus the name Dragon Fire Martial Arts. Our goal is to teach our students all about the tradition of Shotokan Karate and the mental and physical benefits that karate training has to offer. We aim to develop Self Discipline, Self Control, Humility, Respect and Courage. We feel students learn best in a friendly, loving atmosphere and we run our classes in such a manner. We strive to be the same kind of instructors that we would want in front of our own children.
