R1 Gym

The R1 Gym, located in Inglewood, California, is best known as a Mecca for champion Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighters and combat artists who travel from all over the globe to train with our members and staff. Established in 2000, R1, formerly known as R.A.W. is one of Americas original MMA training centers and a Los Angeles institution.
