Kiyoshi Lim Kenpo Karate & Jiu Jitsu

Born in beautiful San Diego, California,Chief Mikeyi Lim started his martial arts training as a child in Hawaii Kenpo under his father, Sōke George Lim.Chief Mikey was promoted to black belt directly from his father, George Lim –Lim Family Martial Arts.Chief has over 40 years of training & is currently a 4th degree Black Belt with Lim Family Kenpo Martial Arts.He is currently training in & teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. By learning Jiu Jitsu he felt complete,knowing he could protect himself & his loved ones not only by hand to hand combat,but also on the ground.Chief Mikey has medaled in every Jiu Jitsu competition he has fought in.Chief Mikey’s plans are to share what he has learned from his instructors and carry on a proud family tradition

Chief Mikey Kiyoshi Lim anchors the academy with a 4th Degree Kenpo Black Belt and BJJ Black Belt, bringing high-level experience to the mat. He teaches alongside Simo Katherine Lim, a 1st Degree Kenpo Black Belt and BJJ Blue Belt, and Instructor Alexander Swanson, a 1st Degree Kenpo Black Belt and BJJ Brown Belt. Together, they support a family-oriented training culture that serves kids, adults, and seniors.
