Shamrock MMA

Shamrock MMA is a mixed martial arts training gym in San Jose, CA, serving South San Jose and surrounding communities. Founded by Frank Shamrock and led by his longtime head instructor Jannsen Tariga, our approach comes from a lineage that helped shape modern MMA -refined and adapted for today’s athletes.We teach MMA as a complete, integrated system, not just separate classes. While many gyms focus on access, we focus on coaching. Training emphasizes structure, progression, and personal instruction in a small-group environment, so students learn and improve. Stand-up, grappling, and transitions are taught as one cohesive system.We offer teen and adult MMA training in a safe, supportive, and challenging environment for all experience levels.
