Welcome to GROUNDS – Where Play Meets Purpose! Located in Lakewood, Colorado, we offer screen-free play, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) for all ages, and yoga for every level. Our “Warrior Play” and Homeschool Jiu-Jitsu programs help kids develop confidence and coordination, while parents can relax in our cozy Play Café. Homeschool families can enroll in our weekday daytime hysical education classes for ages 5-11. Whether you’re training together as a family or on your own, GROUNDS provides an inclusive space where you can grow both physically and mentally.
