At Grappling Zone Denver, we empower families and students from Denver University and surrounding areas with world-class martial arts training.

Our programs include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Reiki Healing, Full Contact Karate, Adaptive Karate, Qigong Meditation, Boxing, and even Martial Arts Birthday Parties—making us the go-to academy for both parents and college students.

Serving Denver, Littleton, Centennial, and Englewood, we’re proud to be the only Jiu-Jitsu academy with a 9th Degree Red Belt instructor and honored to be nominated in Brazil for our BJJ curriculum.
