About Colorado Phoenix Project

Open 6 days per week--all classes are private to semi private available thru appointments. We offer a variety of programs from boxing, kick boxing, fitness coaching, kenpo karate, programs for ages 3-4 in martial arts, more than just a traditional dojo or martial arts school. I encourage curiosity seekers to call and meet myself and feel the energy of the studio. Kettle bells, TRX, battle ropes, heavy bags, dumbbells, a great mix of programs for all ages
