Practical Self Defense Training Center (PSDTC)

The Practical Self Defense Training Center (PSDTC) is a Waterbury, CT-based martial arts and self-defense facility offering adult and children classes across multiple disciplines, including BJJ, Kali, Wing Chun, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, boxing, and integrated grappling systems. Founded by Sifu/Guro Ron Kosakowski, a pioneer in MMA and self-defense oriented martial arts in CT, with a focus on practical self-defense and competition grappling.
