We are a full time MMA gym with the largest Professional and Amateur fight team in Jacksonville, specializing in Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling and Fitness. We offer classes for all levels, from beginner to UFC level.

Preston Parsons leads the coaching at Elevate MMA, guiding students through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, mixed martial arts, wrestling, boxing, and Fit-Kick. His instruction supports a broad training experience, so you can expect classes that build practical skills while helping you connect grappling, striking, and conditioning in a single academy setting. For new students, that means an approachable path into BJJ and a program structure that can grow with you as your training becomes more advanced.
