About KO Zone

KO Zone is the most complete gym in South Florida. Located in the heart of Miami our world class coaches train people of all skill levels from Law Enforcement & Swat Teams, Pro-Fighters from around the world and people who just want to be in shape or learn any Martial Arts.

Since 2005 KO Zone has been one of most accredited martial arts facilities specializing in Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing. We also offer our members a full fitness facility with weights, Crossfit and Boot Camp Classes to help meet all your conditioning needs all under one roof. No matter what your skill or fitness level, we can help you become the best version of yourself.
