At Dragons Lair, we have an awesome competition team, an award winning after school program, and high level instructors in the county. Professor Hank Henry is a 1st degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Carlson Gracie lineage, IBJJF certified - 5th degree Tae Kwon Do black belt, and Hapkido black belt. With over 15 years of teaching experience and teaching only the most effective moves taught by the best instructors in the world. Whether you’re looking to get in better shape, learn how to defend yourself, or find yourself a new hobby and make new friends, we welcome all to train at Dragons Lair!
