Elementum Jiu-Jitsu is a premier martial arts academy located near the heart of Winter Park, Florida. Our spacious 3,700 sq. ft. facility features a 1,600 sq. ft. mat, a guest lounge for parents and kids, a pro-shop, locker rooms, separate men’s and women’s restrooms, and an infrared sauna included for all members. We provide Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi grappling, and self-defense classes for kids and adults, as well as fitness and circuit training designed to improve strength, focus, and overall health. At Elementum, every student is welcomed into a safe and positive environment where respect, care, and community come first. Our mission is to help you build confidence, discipline, and resilience both on and off the mats.
