Force Jiu-Jitsu is Douglas, Georgia’s home for world-class No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, youth development, and competition training. We help kids, teens, and adults build confidence, discipline, mental toughness, and real-world skills in a professional, family-driven environment.

Force Jiu Jitsu’s coaching staff includes Coach Wyatt, Coach Twyla Toledo, Coach Nolan McCarson, Coach Chris Martinez, and Coach Alvin Holcomb. With several instructors across the academy’s gi, adults, teens, and kids programs, you can expect a training environment that supports different goals and experience levels.
