We offer self-defense Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults and kids, ranging from no experience to very experienced.

Your kids will learn how to defend themselves using the verbal and physical techniques along with participating our Character Development Program, which will all of our parents LOVE, in Gracie Bullyproof®!

Our women’s only classes teach women how to verbally assert and defend themselves through our Women Empowered® Program!

Adult beginner (Gracie Combatives®) and advanced (Master Cycle®) classes are offered throughout the week in a fun and safe family environment.

Coach Noel leads the academy with a practical, student-first teaching style that fits both self-defense and martial arts training. You can expect hands-on guidance, clear instruction, and a steady focus on techniques that translate well for beginners and more experienced grapplers. Rather than rushing through material, the coaching style emphasizes repeatable fundamentals, so you can build confidence step by step and understand how each movement connects inside live training.
