About Idaho Shaolin Center for Martial Arts

Since 1990 we have been offering classes for children and adults in traditional Chinese Kung Fu and Tai Chi. Established in 495 AD, Shaolin Kung Fu is considered the original form of martial arts dating back to the 6th century. It was founded by Buddhist monks of the Shaolin Temple in Northern China to discipline both the mind and the body. At Idaho Shaolin, we have trained hundreds of students in the art of Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi Ch'uan right here in Boise for over 34 years. Students have the opportunity to study many different Shaolin Martial Arts styles, classical weaponry, Internal fighting systems, Chi Kung, and meditation! All designed to improve your self-defense ability while keeping you fit and healthy!
