Founded in 2021 right here in Idaho, Vital BJJ has quickly risen to become one of the premier martial arts academies in Elmore county. We specialize in world-class training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Judo for all ages and skill levels.

Our kids' and adult programs are consistently ranked among the best in the state, led by a team of passionate, high-level coaches dedicated to helping every student grow—both on and off the mats.

We’ve been honored with multiple Team Championship titles and numerous nominations and won the 2025 for Best Martial Arts Academy in Idaho. We’re proud to have won Mountain Home’s Best Martial Arts Award for consecutive years,
