GROUND UNITS BJJ ACADEMY is a welcoming Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in Amherst, MA.
We strive to maintain a safe and positive atmosphere where all team members, no matter what their age, gender, or physical capabilities may be, can increase not only their ability to defend themselves, but will also develop their mental focus, motor skills, levels of confidence, discipline, and overall fitness (body, mind and spirit).
Our training is focused on the ground aspect of personal safety.
Through BJJ theory, philosophy, technical drills and practical application, we will help you to efficiently defend yourself.
