Kaizen Submission Grappling is a NoGi Jiu Jitsu academy in Omaha, Nebraska. We focus on making practical improvements to your grappling through skill acquisition. This is done by incorporating elements of a modern curriculum in conjunction with ecological sparring. Our facility is conveniently located just north of 60th street and I80.
