Gracie Humaita Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Martial Arts (Reno & Sparks)

Gracie Humaita has taught authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Reno since 2015, with kids martial arts at the heart of our academy. Our kids jiu-jitsu program welcomes ages 4 and up, with separate classes for ages 4–9 and 10–13 that build confidence, discipline, focus, and anti-bullying skills in a safe, structured setting. We also train teens and adults of all levels, from beginners to competitors. Whether you're a parent searching for kids jiu-jitsu near you or an adult seeking real self-defense, our instructors guide you every step. Located in South Reno at 9333 Double R Blvd #1100.

Professor Alexandre Garcia and Professor Alexandre Gracie are associated with the academy, giving students access to coaching rooted in the Gracie Humaita tradition. You can expect instruction that supports beginners through advanced students, with options ranging from introductory jiu-jitsu to competition training and adults-only private lessons. For many students, that mix makes it easy to start at a comfortable pace and then grow into more focused training.
