L.I. Ninjutsu Centers of East Islip

Established in 1991 by 8th-degree black belt Allie Alberigo, our martial arts school has been transforming lives for over three decades through world-class training in Ninjutsu, Ju Jutsu, and traditional Budo weapons. We proudly offer age-specific programs for every stage of life—from our award-winning Little Warriors (starting at age 2), to Mighty Warriors (5–8), Elite Youth (9–12), and Adults of all ages.

More than just martial arts, we build confidence, focus, discipline, leadership, and real-world self-defense skills in a supportive, family-centered environment. Parents trust us to help their children grow stronger inside and out, while adults discover empowerment, stress relief, and inner balance.

Shihan Allie Alberigo guides the coaching experience at L.I. Ninjutsu Centers of East Islip, where you can expect structured instruction across Little Warriors, Mighty Warriors, Youth Elite Youths, and Teen & Adult classes.
