We are Suffolk County Long Island New York's Premier MMA Facility. We specialize in Brazilian Jiujitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Judo, MMA and much more. Looking to get into shape, build confidence, learn self defense, become a pro fighter, Vamos Mixed Martial Arts has THE program for you. We serve the entire Ronkonkoma area including Holbrook, Bohemia, Patchogue, Medford, Sayville, Blupoint, Bayport, Smithtown, Holtsville, Islip and much more! We have academies in Holbrook and Riverhead.
