About Downtown Grappling

Downtown Grappling is a private grappling school owned and operated by head coach, Raphael Dijk. Coach Raph is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has been teaching in the Hudson Valley for the past twelve years.

DG is located in historic downtown Kingston and is now accepting new students! Please shoot us a Facebook message, email (downtowngrappling@gmail.com) or text to sign up for your free trial.

Students of all ages are welcome at DG! We provide top quality instruction in a small group setting to foster a safe environment for growth and development of the grappling arts. Whether you’re a seasoned grappling pro, total beginner or just looking to get in shape and make some friends, get in touch!
