Founded by Professor Andre Monteiro, with over 30 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and 20+ years building youth programs, our academy focuses on confidence, discipline, anti-bullying, and real-life self-defense.

Serving Port Washington and nearby Long Island communities. We have 7 other locations!
