Proud to be the Triad's home for authentic Gracie Jiu Jitsu passed down to us from the legend Master Pedro Sauer.

We have spent years training and we are eager to pass our knowledge onto you! We are proud to represent the Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association. We have a long history of proven self defense techniques. For those familiar with the Gracie name, know that our brand of Jiu Jitsu stems directly from it. Gracie Jiu Jitsu came into the spotlight through the UFC. Our focus is on the use of leverage and body mechanics that enable EVERYONE to be able to perform techniques. We provide a level of self defense that is attainable by anyone, regardless of age, strength, or other physical abilities.

You’ll train with Vickie Flowers Boyd, a Purple belt, and Daniel Boyd, a Black belt, so instruction draws from both foundational and higher-level BJJ experience. That combination supports a practical coaching style across Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, kids’ classes, adult classes, and women’s classes, giving you a clear path whether you’re just starting or looking to sharpen your technique.
