About SGRO Karate

SGRO Martial Arts: A family-focused school where strong values meet practical, self-defense–based training. Instructor David Sgro is a 9th Dan Black Belt in Karate, a 5th Dan in Jujitsu, and a Certified Kali Instructor, with 40+ years of full-time teaching. Our programs help all ages build fitness, focus, and confidence while learning self-defense in an encouraging setting. We offer family classes and age-specific sessions for all levels. For Adults, we have Karate, Jujitsu or a Kali program (Filipino stick-and-knife arts) for self-defense, coordination and control. Women can join our "WAR"Women’s Aggressive Response, a course that builds self-confidence. A Christian-owned family school, teaching respect and discipline. Try 2 free classes!
