Professor Tâniel leads the coaching at Nature Jiu Jitsu, giving students a direct point of contact for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, and martial arts training. You can expect instruction inside a school that also functions as a fitness centre and gym, so the training environment supports both technical development and physical conditioning. That combination is useful whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to sharpen your fundamentals.
