About Professional Martial Arts

We offer classes in Kempo Karate for both children and adults, Muay Thai, MMA, American Open Sword, and we are the home of the original KBOX cardio kick boxing classes! We put our instructors through many hours of training to learn the tool necessary to instill the characteristics of self-esteem, respect, and self-discipline in our students. We at the Professional Martial Arts Training Center strive for excellence in all that we do.

Class Hours

  • Tuesday: 3:30–8:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 3:30–8:30 PM
  • Thursday: 3:30–8:30 PM
  • Friday: 3:30–8:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8 AM–1 PM
  • Sunday: Closed
