About SoDak Kyokushin Karate

We teach all ages from 4 to 94+ at all different ability levels from beginners to advanced. If you can move, we can teach you. Mon & Wed 6 - 6:45pm is Young Lions (4 - 7). Mon & Wed 7 - 8pm is Senior (50+). Tues & Thurs 6 - 7:30pm is (8 -49) weekly.

From basic techniques, kata, syllabus, renraku, clicker and point fighting to semi-contact and/or full contact fighting (lightweight to heavyweight divisions), SKK offers all sorts of sparring opportunities.

Classes do incorporate self-defense teachings. As the technical director of the USA, Shihan Sheets is diligent to instruct the proper form as well as the reasons/methods behind them. SKK competes in tournaments, competitions and demo's and we do travel both nationally and internationally.
