We have youth classes available! All the classes are structured in a safe controlled atmosphere and ran by professional coaches. Here they will build confidence, fitness and anti bullying techniques. It is a fun filled environment that have your kids wanting to be at every class. These are designed again for all skill levels at the youth level of Muay Thai.

We offer a full schedule of classes including noon and weekends. These are for all skills levels even people who have never done Muay Thai before. Fundamentals of Muay Thai are very important to us to make sure everyone improves and grows. Everything from our bag training routine to the pad holding portions of the class when applicable. Memberships here are unrestricted so there is no limits on how many times you can come and learn.

If you are completely new to Muay Thai that is ok everyone started with a first day. We have loaner gloves and equiptment to get you started until you provide your own. We also are available to help you select any gear you might need by ordering through us.
