Located within CrossFit Bluestone, we specialize in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense and anti-bullying. We help both kids & adults; starting at the age of 5 years old. Our program starts with our fundamental curriculum which is perfect for all beginners. You'll love learning Jiu-Jitsu & it will help you learn functional self-defense, relieve stress AND get you get in the best shape of your life! Getting started is easy with our free 1 week trial. This gives you the opportunity to test drive our academy so you can make sure this is the best place for you! If you've never trained before, no worries... We have programs for everyone - Beginners, Intermediate & Competitive athletes.
