About Ohana Warrior

Our goal at Ohana is to share the knowledge of traditional Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training! We provide a welcoming, safe, exciting and fun training environment for our Ohana (family). Ohana Warrior Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an intense training program designed for both men and womenat the beginner, intermediate and competition level. We will help you develop your body and mind as one, learn effective techniques, maximize your physical strength and live a healthy lifestyle.
