About Bushido Martial Arts

At Bushido Martial Arts, we teach the arts of Universal Karate Do and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Universal Karate do is a mix of Japanese and Korean martial arts using both stand up and ground fighting.Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art whose central theme is controlling a resisting opponent in ways that force him to submit. We believe that martial arts training is more than just kicks and punches, we believe it is teaching life skills through discipline hard work and perseverance.
