Stronghold was started in 2015 and we have been serving our area with the highest quality Jiu Jitsu possible. We train kids as young as 6 years old through adults of all ages. It's always the right time to start. We provide a positive environment for those seeking a family activity, to work on physical and/or mental health, or to participate on a competitive level. No prior experience necessary.
