We are an independently family-owned mixed martial arts school that specializes in kickboxing Brazilian jiu-jitsu self-defense and much more.

We are open to all children teens women and men of all ages background and abilities.

At RVA MMA you will learn how to defend yourself and get a great workout all at the same time.
