About Hard Knox MMA & Fitness

What is the School of Hard Knox?

Here at Hard Knox we have a lot of trouble describing our facility. We are not just our weight room and cardio equipment, we are not just our fitness kickboxing class that burns up to 900 calories per class or our best in the state of Georgia mixed martial arts programs. We are more than group fitness classes and personal training.

We are a state of the art training center that truly does have something for everyone. Our kids programs start at age 4 and our oldest member to date is 67 years old. Whether you are completely out of shape without a trace of a fitness regimen in your life or an athlete that needs to be pushed to that next level, we are the training facility for you.

Class Hours

  • Tuesday: 11 AM–1 PM, 5–9 PM
  • Wednesday: 11 AM–1 PM, 5–9 PM
  • Thursday: 11 AM–1 PM, 6–9 PM
  • Friday: 12–1 PM, 5–9 PM
  • Saturday: 9 AM–1 PM
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Monday: 11 AM–1 PM, 5–9 PM
