About Island Martial Arts

We offer classes for all types of people, ranging from small children to adults, and even children that require special care. Come in to try a free week of classes ranging in a variety of martial arts/karate to Zumba and cardio kickboxing.

For those interested in karate classes, we offer them for both children and adults. With children, we concentrate on Tae Kwon Do and our goal is to improve focus and discipline. For adults, we have a strong mixed martial arts program directed towards physical fitness and self-defense as well as cardio classes strictly for women, including kickboxing and Zumba.

Our experienced instructors provide personalized attention to students and ensure that everyone gets the most out of each class. Whether you're looking to get a black belt or simply reach your personal fitness goals, come visit Island Martial Arts--your first trial class is on us!
